This new home overlooking the Quogue Bay, required a new driveway, tennis court, pool and jacuzzi with patio with a covered patio for relaxing and seating with fireplace, outdoor shower, deck overlooking the water and landscaping throughout incorporating trees, lawns, grasses and perennials.

Custom fencing was designed to separate the home/pool from the driveway while still allowing the view. Fencing along the water's edge is softened by native grasses.

The gravel parking area is besides a garage and guest house that overlooks lawn, a new vegetable and cutting garden and tennis court.
