This was a complete design and install of driveway, apron, entry gate and columns, retaining walls, steps, pool w/spa, patio on pedestals, tennis court, fencing, gates, BBQ, lighting, and plantings including mature tree transplants.
The trees with a 14ft root ball were moved on the property and have settled into their new positions nicely.

The project incorporated a new pool and spa pool construction which you can see from the photos was an extensive excavation.

The patio was a floating pedestal construction with the following benefits:
Leveling -Pedestals allow for easy leveling on uneven surfaces or slopes.
Drainage - The raised system allows for good drainage, preventing water from pooling under the pavers.
Accessibility - The space underneath can be used for access to utilities or for maintenance.
Flexibility - Pedestal systems are easy to install and can be removed or adjusted as needed.
